We did it. We pushed through the lulls of the offseason and made it to another Week 1. In an absolute crazy, whirlwind of an offseason, one could argue there hasn’t been this much excitement surrounding the league in quite some time. The future is now as Mahomes, Allen, Herbert, Burrow and many others look to be the centerpieces for the next decade. However, the other side of the coin tells a different story. Guys like Brady, Rodgers, Ryan, Stafford and Cousins look to keep a tight grip on their glory and success.
Tonight is not only the beginning of another NFL season, it’s a battle from both sides of that coin. Allen vs. Stafford, Bills vs. Rams, Diggs vs. Kupp. The Super Bowl matchup that people clamored for before Buffalo’s tough loss in the AFC Championship. Buffalo has changed a lot since that day, adding more offensive weapons and defensive pressure. Will hindsight be for the Rams once this season is over? Stafford finally wins his first ring, but is it too late? Is this the season he finally falls off the cliff, or will the Rams join elite company and win consecutive rings?
We’ll need to wait a few months before we know the answer to most of those questions, but we can pick the winner of tonight’s game. We asked the boys and here are the results:

Funny enough, the boys are split on the first game of the season. I mean it makes sense considering these are two Super Bowl caliber teams.
